Radford Green at Sedgebrook is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct nursing care to residents in a hospitality‑oriented environment. The position involves supervising care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants and ensures private rooms and a tenure staff setting.

The role offers day shifts (12‑hour, 6:30AM–7PM) with a $20‑$26 per hour pay scale depending on experience and a $1.50 shift differential after 3PM, plus a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Illinois State approved CNA training program.
• Registration with Illinois State registry is required.
• Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
• Responds to signal lights promptly.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
