Radford Green is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team in Lincolnshire, IL. This direct-care role provides nursing assistance to residents and supports our staff with quality of life services.

We offer a generous benefits package and night-shift opportunities with 12-hour shifts (7 PM–7:30 AM) and a $1.50 per hour shift differential. Completion of an Illinois CNA program and state registry enrollment are required.

Competenze

• Must have completed an Illinois State approved CNA training program.
• Prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred.
• Registration with Illinois State registry required.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures and collect specimens as instructed.
• Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfer, transport and escort residents as needed.
• Answer signal lights promptly.
• Change bed linens, make beds and keep rooms clean and orderly.

Rate of Pay: $20 - 26, depending on experience
