Job summary

AffiniCare, Care Initiatives’ internal staffing agency, is hiring Mobile & Flexible CNA positions. You can choose hours that fit your life and travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within your region to cover open shifts.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor health, and support the clinical team. Requirements include active CNA certification and at least 6 months of verifiable CNA experience; you must live within driving

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable CNA experience.
• Active CNA certification.
• Ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities within your region.
• Must live within a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
• Deliver emotional support and companionship while fostering a positive environment.
• Interact with residents, families and healthcare teams.
• Provide health monitoring including routine vital checks.
• Encourage recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols for a safe environment.

If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a customizable schedule that best fits your personal life, this is a great opportunity for you! Prefer a full-time schedule? No problem! Need part time hours? We’ve got those too! As a CNA with AffiniCare, you will be able to pick what hours you prefer to work and travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within an area to assist with their open shifts. Exceptional people. Our team of competent and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) enjoy working in various settings while maintaining a flexible schedule. What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
• Provide health monitoring including conducting routine vital checks.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for safety.

What It Takes

• Six (6) months of verifiable experience working as a CNA.
• Active CNA certification.
• The ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region.
• Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities.
