Job summary

Care Initiatives, via AffiniCare, is hiring CNAs for mobile and flexible nursing positions across its communities. You’ll pick shifts that fit your life, travel between campuses, and deliver essential daily care to residents.

Requirements include six months of CNA experience and active CNA certification, plus the ability to travel within your region and reside within driving distance of Care Initiatives locations. Attractive benefits and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Interact with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Perform health monitoring including routine vital checks.
• Encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.

If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a customizable schedule that best fits your personal life, this is a great opportunity for you! Prefer a full-time schedule? No problem! Need part time hours? We’ve got those too! As a CNA with AffiniCare, you will be able to pick what hours you prefer to work and travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within an area to assist with their open shifts.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
