Diana Health, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for a full-time position in Smyrna, TN, delivering full-scope midwifery care at an outpatient and hospital setting with TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center.

The CNM will collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, and other specialists, lead Labor & Delivery coverage, and participate in quality initiatives. Strong communication and certification credentials are required for clinical excellence.

Formación

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs experience preferred).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practice.
• Value patient preferences/choice, shared decision making, and a holistic care approach.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic including comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues (including OB/GYNs; RNs; LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors, childbirth educators and other specialists).
• Provide day-to-day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house clinical coverage.
• Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients, working collaboratively with RNs and OB/GYNs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events.

We are looking for CNMs excited to join a dynamic and growing practice of OB/GYNS and CNMs in the thriving community in Smyrna, TN.

You will:

Qualifications

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs experience preferred)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practice
• Strong communication skills and intrapersonal skills
• Value patient preferences/choice, shared decision making, and a holistic care approach
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (preferred, not required) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
• Active certification with AMCB
• Current RN and APRN license in TN
• Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or Lactation consultation are preferred
