Diana Health is hiring a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Springfield, TN, with labor and delivery responsibilities at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center.

The CNM will independently manage full-scope midwifery care, collaborate with OB/GYNs and RNs, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while maintaining work-life balance. TN license and AMCB certification required.

Qualificações

• 2 yrs experience in intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in hospital setting.
• Ability to work in a collaborative OB/CNM practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Value patient preferences and shared decision-making.
• NRP and BLS start date certifications required or expected.
• Active AMCB certification and TN RN/APRN license.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, and other specialists.
• Provide day-to-day leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house coverage.
• Triage obstetric patients in collaboration with RNs and physicians.

• Attend drills for high acuity/low frequency events.

We are looking for CNMs excited to join a dynamic and growing practice of OB/GYNS and CNMs in the thriving community in Springfield, TN. Come join us!

You will

• Independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic including comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services


• Collaborate with clinical colleagues (including OB/GYNs; RNs; LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors, childbirth educators and other specialists)


• Provide day-to-day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house clinical coverage


• Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients, working collaboratively with RNs and OB/GYNs


• Participate in quality improvement initiatives


• Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events

Qualifications

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs experience preferred)


• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practice


• Strong communication skills and intrapersonal skills


• Value patient preferences/choice, shared decision making, and a holistic care approach


• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (preferred, not required) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date


• Active certification with AMCB


• Current RN and APRN license in TN


• Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or Lactation consultation are preferred
