Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Erie seeks a certified Nurse Midwife to provide care to women and families across the lifespan. You will perform midwifery procedures, assess physical and psychosocial needs, and diagnose and order appropriate treatments.

The role requires PA licensure or multi-state licensure (eNLC), AMCB certification, and prescriptive authority. You will join a team delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a HIPAA-compliant setting.

Qualifications

Minimum

• Graduate of Nurse Midwife Program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Certification from American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• Current PA Midwifery license with prescriptive authority

Preferred

• 1-3 years’ midwifery experience
