Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NH NHRMC) ICCU is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time day shift (7am–7pm). The role includes shift differential for the 2:30pm–7pm period, and the department is focused on compassionate leadership, stability, and community to support professional growth.

Required: high school diploma or GED; NAI program completion and NA I registry listing; Medication Safety - AME; and NC curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: One year preferred. Assisted Living facilities only: One year experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required
• Licensure/certification/registration: Completion of NAI program required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required. Medication Safety - AME required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required.
• Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
