Citizensmemorial is seeking a compassionate CNA for Community Springs Healthcare Facility, a 105-bed long-term care and memory care unit. You will prepare residents for meals, assist with daily living tasks, and document intake to support nutrition and safety.

We offer flexible shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights or Rotating) with a differential of $1–$3.50 per hour plus opportunities for advancement within CMH.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience: One year CNA experience preferred.
• Skills: Good communication, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, intrapersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing residents for meals, serving and collecting trays, and documenting nutritional intake.
• Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal belongings, protecting items from damage and ensuring proper storage.
• Making routine rounds to assigned residents and responding promptly to resident needs.
• Providing safe, appropriate nursing care and reporting concerns to the charge nurse for follow-up.

What Your Day Looks Like:Community Springs Healthcare Facility (CSHCF) is a 105-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility providing transitional or long-term care. A 15-bed high-functioning memory care unit provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's or other memory issues.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be:

• Preparing residents for meals, serving and collecting trays, and documenting nutritional intake.
• Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal belongings, protecting items from damage and ensuring proper storage.
• Making routine rounds to assigned residents and responding promptly to resident needs.
• Providing safe, appropriate nursing care andreporting concerns to the charge nurse for follow‑up.

Qualifications:

Education:High School Diploma — preferred

Experience: One year CNA experience — preferred

Skills: Good Communication, Patience, Attention to detail, flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 90% of the shift and sit for the remaining 10% of shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
