Citizens Memorial Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at CMH in Missouri. The role involves preparing residents for meals, serving and documenting nutritional intake, and protecting personal belongings while coordinating with the nursing staff.

You’ll also perform routine rounds, assist with daily activities, and report concerns to the charge nurse. Strong communication, patience, and flexibility are valued in this fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma — preferred
• Experience: One year CNA experience — preferred
• Skills: Good communication, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, intrapersonal skills
• Physical requirements: Stand 90% of shift, sit 10%, lift 50 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Schedule - Shift - Hours Variable - Variable
• Status: Full-time, part-time, Part time and PRN (Per Requested Need).
• Work Shift: Days, Evenings, Nights or even Rotating
• Shift Differential $1- $3.50 additional depending on shift.

What Your Day Looks Like:

Colonial Springs Healthcare Center is a 134-bed long-term care, skilled nursing center. It includes a 34-bed memory care unit, as well as a 16-bed high-functioning memory care unit. These units meet the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be:

• Preparing residents for meals, serving and collecting trays, and documenting nutritional intake.
• Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal belongings, protecting items from damage and ensuring proper storage.
• Making routine rounds to assigned residents and responding promptly to resident needs.
• Providing safe, appropriate nursing care andreporting concerns to the charge nurse for follow‑up.

Qualifications

Education:High School Diploma — preferred

Experience: One year CNA experience — preferred

Skills: Good Communication, Patience, Attention to detail, flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 90% of the shift and sit for the remaining 10% of shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
