Job summary

Citizens Memorial Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at CMH in Missouri. The role involves preparing residents for meals, serving and documenting nutritional intake, and protecting personal belongings while coordinating with the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma — preferred
• Experience: One year CNA experience — preferred
• Skills: Good communication, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, intrapersonal skills
• Physical requirements: Stand 90% of shift, sit 10%, lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Preparing residents for meals, serving and documenting nutritional intake
• Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal belongings, protecting items from damage
• Making routine rounds to assigned residents and responding promptly to resident needs
• Providing safe, appropriate nursing care and reporting concerns to the charge nurse for follow‑up
