Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for all shifts, including a night shift option, to deliver compassionate daily care and support resident well-being in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and meals while following care plans and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility.
• Provide personalized, hands-on care per care plans.
• Promote resident interaction and emotional well-being.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized living environments.
• Deliver meal trays and monitor food and fluid intake.
• Support the clinical team in day-to-day care and documentation.
