Job Description

If you are a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or a Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding career in the healthcare industry where you can set your own schedule, this is the place for you! We at Truvine Homecare/Staffing Services Inc. are seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) & Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. Candidates should feel comfortable working, interacting, and engaging with residents in nursing homes, independent living, and assisted living settings.

What You Need To Do:

• Assist residents with personal care activities
• Monitor patients' vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc., and report their condition to the nurse supervisor
• Maintain patient care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Provide companionship and essential emotional or psychological support

What You Need To Have:

• Proven work experience of at least 3+ years in a geriatric environment
• Current PA CNA certification
• CPR certification
• Current pre-employment physical
• Flu shot/vaccination card
• Current TB/QuantiFERON/PPD shot
• Drug screen
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma
