Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide emotional/behavioral support
  • Follows plan of care
  • Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
