Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA, HHA, or home care experience.
• Valid Connecticut CNA license or qualifying HHA/CNA certificate.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as appropriate to the care plan and your qualifications
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support clients’ independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate home care

What You’ll Do
