Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring experienced Per Diem Certified Home Health Aides to serve clients in Greenwich and surrounding Fairfield County towns. The role offers flexible scheduling and $20.00 per hour pay with per diem shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and maintaining a safe home environment. CT HHA/CNA certification and at least 1 year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide
• Active Connecticut HHA or CNA certification
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON test (or chest x-ray if previously positive)
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide medication reminders
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
