Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for per diem assignments in Greenwich, CT, with additional cases in nearby Fairfield County towns. Earn $20.00 per hour with flexible day and overnight shifts (6–12 hours) and opportunities for sign-on and referral bonuses.

As an HHA, you will assist clients with personal care, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while helping maintain a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Active Connecticut HHA or CNA certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Physical exam within the past year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON test (or chest x-ray if previously positive).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
