Qualifications

• Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA/HHA or home care experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Driver's license required.
• Physical examination within the past 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within 12 months or chest X-ray within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
• Assist clients with personal care and ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) per care plan.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Support clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate home care.

What You'll Do

Requirements
