Job summary

Lasata Senior Living Campus in Cedarburg, WI, operated by Ozaukee County, is hiring CNAs for AM, PM, and NOC shifts. Starting pay is $22.73/hour with shift differentials and weekend premiums. Positions require Wisconsin CNA certification and active Nurse Aide Registry status.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and bowel and bladder training.
• Assist residents with meals, including serving trays, feeding assistance, and recording food and fluid intake and weights.
• Obtain and document vital signs, reporting changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Assist residents with positioning, transfers, and ambulation according to individualized care plans.
• Follow all safety procedures and infection prevention protocols.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and other departments.
• Accurately document resident care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly while maintaining resident confidentiality.
• Attend required in-service training and continuing education to maintain compliance with federal and state requirements.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – AM & NOC Shifts

Lasata Senior Living Campus – Cedarburg, WI

Starting Pay: $22.73 per hour

Lasata Senior Living, owned and operated by Ozaukee County, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults, we'd love to hear from you!

Available Shifts

• AM Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • 8-32hours per week
• PM Shift: 2:15pm- 10:45p.m.
  • 20- 40 hours per week
• NOC Shift: 10:30p.m.- 07:00 a.m.
  • 16-20 hours per week
• Must be available to work every other weekend and every other holiday
  • AM & PM Weekends are Saturday and Sunday
  • NOC Shift Weekends are Friday and Saturday
• Pool (PRN) positions are not available at this time

Shift Premiums

• $2.00/hour shift differential PMS & NOCS
• Additional $2.00/hour weekend differential (all shifts)
