Shifts available are 1st (7:00am-3:00pm), 2nd (3:00pm-11:00pm), and 3rd (11:00pm-7:00am). This role requires compassion and commitment to resident care within a supportive team-oriented environment.

1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Opening

Madison Manor is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for a limited number of Full‑Time positions on 1st Shift (7:00am-3:00pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) and 1 position on 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am) in our Long‑Term Care and Rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who are dependable, flexible, and committed to providing excellent care to our residents. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members are essential. Additional Pay Incentives

• $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift and 3rd shifts

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care according to each resident’s individualized plan of care
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Accurately document ADLs and care provided in the electronic system
• Assist with vital signs and daily care needs while promoting resident comfort and dignity
