Job summary

Madison Health and Rehabilitation is seeking CNAs to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available, with new shift differentials of $3 for 11 PM–7 AM and $5 for 3 PM–11 PM shifts.

Applicants must have current CNA certification. CNAs work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and RN/LPN, assisting with resident activities, meals, personal care, and vital sign recording. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

• Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living.

Serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed. Providing or assisting with resident personal care. Taking/recording vital signs.
