Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Texas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents and support the care team in a busy, respectful environment.

The role requires a Texas CNA certification, excellent attendance, and strong communication with patients and staff. You will help with grooming, mobility, vitals, and safety while documenting information accurately. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Holds Texas CNA certification and is able to perform basic nursing procedures.
• Ability to accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens; stock grooming supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
