Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing compassionate care to residents. The role emphasizes personal care, documentation, mobility support, and a respectful, safety-conscious approach to daily tasks.

You will work with the care team to document vitals, assist with daily activities, and support residents with dignity and compassion in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience.
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
