Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Texas is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents and collaborate closely with the care team to maintain high-quality service.

In this role you will assist with personal care, grooming, bathing, mobility, and positioning, while recording vitals and meal intake. You will help maintain a clean, safe resident environment and follow care policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform basic medical procedures.
• Strong communication and patience when working with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: assist with safe ambulation and transfers.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide orientation.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
