Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents, support our care team, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

A reliable attendance record and professional demeanor are essential. You will document vitals and meal intake, assist with mobility, and participate in ROM exercises as directed.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform basic technical procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated self-discipline and patience.
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing per policy guidelines.
• Maintain resident environment: change linens and stock grooming supplies.
• Support mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record vital information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

In This Role, You Will

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
