Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team in Montana. We offer multiple shift types across long‑term care, memory care, assisted living, and in‑home care with flexible hours and competitive pay starting at up to $25.20 per hour.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will assist residents with ADLs, take part in charting and implementing care plans, and receive on‑site training. We value reliability, strong communication, and a patient‑centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Current MT CNA License with MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Proof of current immunizations (TB test, Hep B) required.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Background check without disqualifying items.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, charting and implementing care plans.
• Provide one-to-one care and participate in care activities across facilities.
• Maintain on-site training and consistent shifts when possible.

If you like variety and learning new skills, then this is for you. We offer multiple types of contracts; this means we can be flexible with you. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in‑home care, all shifts.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you work in long‑term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one‑to‑one care. CNAs help with ADLs, charting and executing plans of care. On‑site training is provided. If responsibilities are properly fulfilled, more shifts will become available.

Candidates For Employment Must Have

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hep B)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
