Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team across long-term care, assisted living, hospice, and homecare settings. You will assist residents with ADLs, document care and follow individualized plans, with on-site training and potential for more shifts as you demonstrate reliability.

We offer flexible hours and a starting wage up to $25.20 per hour, with competitive benefits as part of the Addus HomeCare family.

Qualifications

• Current MT CNA License with MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (TB test, Hep B).
• Reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, charting and executing plans of care.
• Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care as needed.
• On-site training is provided; opportunities for more shifts if responsibilities are fulfilled.

If you like variety and learning new skills, then this is for you. We offer multiple types of contracts; this means we can be flexible with you. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care, all shifts.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one-to-one care. CNAs help with ADLs, charting and executing plans of care. On-site training is provided. If responsibilities are properly fulfilled, more shifts will become available.

Candidates For Employment Must Have

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hep B)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
