Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Texas. You will support residents with daily activities, document vitals, and assist with mobility and positioning in a compassionate, professional environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas CNA certification, excel in accurate record-keeping, and demonstrate patience, reliability, and respectful communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Demonstrates clear communication, patience, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, peri-care, dressing
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies
• Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
