Job summary

LifeStyle Options - an Addus Homecare Company is hiring CNAs in Illinois for flexible, meaningful homecare roles. Work one-on-one with clients in their homes (hourly or live-in) or assist in retirement communities with short visits, keeping skills sharp and burnout low.

The team offers exceptional support, daily training, and real career growth opportunities. Starting wage is $17.50 per hour with holiday premium pay, plus benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• N.A. on the IDPH Worker Registry in good standing (NEW GRADS WELCOME!).
• Warm heart and gentle touch.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).

• Companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders.
• Provide basic house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Escort client to appointments and errands as needed.

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
