Job summary

LifeStyle Options - an Addus Homecare Company in Lincolnwood, IL, seeks caring CNAs for flexible, home-based roles. You may work one-on-one with clients privately or visit retirement communities for short tasks, with a strong emphasis on compassionate care.

Starting wage is $17.50 per hour, plus holiday premium pay. We provide excellent training on day one, ongoing support from a manager available 24/7, and real opportunities for career advancement within Addus Homecare.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• IDPH Worker Registry in good standing (new grads welcome).
• Warm heart with a gentle touch.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in activities.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders.
• Perform basic house cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Escort clients to appointments and errands.

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan.
