LifeStyle Options, part of Addus Homecare, is hiring CNAs who want flexibility and variety by providing one-on-one care at clients' homes or short visits in retirement communities.

We offer a flexible schedule (full-time and part-time), starting wage of $17.50 per hour plus holiday premium pay, comprehensive benefits, day-one training, 24/7 manager support, and clear career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• New grads welcome; IDPH Worker Registry in good standing preferred.
• Warm, compassionate and patient demeanor required.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Two references (one professional, one personal) required.

• Companionship and engaging activities with clients.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders.
• Provide basic house cleaning, laundry, and meal prep assistance.
• Escort clients to appointments and errands as needed.

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
