Job summary

LifeStyle Options, part of Addus Homecare, seeks a homecare aide in Illinois for flexible, client-centered work. You’ll provide companionship and assist with daily tasks in a home setting, with hourly or live-in shifts. NEW GRADS welcome and a warm, professional approach is valued.

Starting wage is $17.50 per hour (plus holiday premium pay). Excellent training, 24/7 support, and career opportunities accompany this role.

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• NEW GRADS WELCOME; IDPH Worker Registry in good standing.

• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
