Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas to join our caring team. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, compassionate daily resident care, and accurate documentation of vitals and intake. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, and positioning, while supporting the care team to deliver high-quality services to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Demonstrates ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.

Responsabilités

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.
