The Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation in Decatur, TX seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will support residents with daily living activities, document vitals and meals, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Holds a Texas Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
• Can accurately record information and perform basic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.

• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal intake accurately.
• Assist with positioning and routine ROM exercises for comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion activities and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
