Caprock Nursing and Rehabilitation in Texas is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents and support the care team.

You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, vital signs, and documentation while upholding patient rights and safety policies. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, intake/output, and other care documentation.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-oriented with strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing per care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents regularly for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
