Job summary

Care Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will support residents with daily personal care, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Ideal candidates hold Texas CNA certification, demonstrate reliability, and show compassion for the elderly and disabled. This full-time role emphasizes safety, documentation, and respectful patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights and intake/output.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
