You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, and daily activities; record vitals and meals; and document care activities for the care team.

Qualifications

In This Role, You Will

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
