Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents. You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, and routine documentation while working closely with the care team to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas Nursing Assistant Certification, demonstrates reliability and patience, and communicates effectively with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas Nursing Assistant Certification
• Able to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output
• Demonstrates patience, self-discipline, and clear communication with residents and staff

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide orientation as directed

You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
