Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents on-site. You will support residents with grooming, bathing, mobility, and safety while documenting vitals and intake/output for care planning.

The role emphasizes teamwork, dependability, and adherence to patient rights and safety policies to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Keeps accurate records of vitals, intake/output, and meals.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience, and good communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
