Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents on a full-time basis. You will work with the care team to ensure high-quality service, assist with personal care, and help maintain a safe, clean living environment.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to record vitals and care information accurately.
• Good communication, patience, and self-discipline.
• Cares for elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds Patient Bill of Rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers using devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
