Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Seguin, operated by Regency Integrated Health Services, is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for full-time day-to-day resident care at Seguin, TX. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities and following established care plans under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Ensure accurate vitals, observe changes, and communicate needs promptly. Requires CNA license and preference for LTC experience; HS diploma or equivalent is acceptable.

Qualifications

Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure

Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries
Contributes knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans
Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to residents to Charge Nurse

Primary Responsibilities
