Job summary

Priority Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide to provide compassionate, safe daily care in Mansfield, TX. You will support residents with activities of daily living, promote independence, and follow nurse-directed schedules.

You will assist with mobility, feeding, hygiene, and comfort, ensuring a clean, respectful environment. English communication skills and Texas CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner.
• Assist or feed residents.

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required

• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
