Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our caring team in Decatur, Texas. This full-time role covers 6a-6p and 6p-6a shifts, providing direct resident care and ensuring safety and comfort for our patients.

You will assist with activities of daily living, coordinate with the charge nurse, and participate in a supportive, respectful environment. Our team values dedication, communication in English, and a commitment to quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Nurse Aide certification in Texas in good standing.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress and nail care for assigned residents.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as set by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Assist with feeding when needed; support oral intake.
• Keep residents clean and dry, assist with toileting or incontinence care.
• Provide a supportive, protective, and safe environment for residents.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
