Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a Certified Nurse Aide at Bridgeport Medical Lodge in Bridgeport, TX. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining safety, and delivering compassionate care on 6a-6p or 6p-6a shifts (FT and PRN).

You will work under the charge of the nursing team to support recovery and comfort. Qualifications include a current Texas Nurse Aide certification, a High school diploma or GED, and ability to follow English instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety and respond to call lights promptly.
• Provide bathing, grooming, nail care, and dressing for residents.
• Help move, lift and transfer residents as required.
• Aid in feeding and meal times as needed.
• Maintain clean, dry, and safe resident environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
