Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Mansfield Medical Lodge care team in Mansfield, TX. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote independence, and support bathing, grooming and feeding as needed.

The role emphasizes resident safety, compassion, and teamwork; Texas Nurse Aide certification must be maintained in good standing. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have current Texas Nurse Aide Certification and be in good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Assist with feeding.
• Maintain resident cleanliness and toileting or incontinent care.
• Provide supportive, protective and safe environments for residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
