Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Northern CO is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors in their own homes in the Fort Collins area. The role focuses on ADLs, mobility support, and companionship, helping clients stay independent and comfortable at home.

Eligible candidates hold an active CNA license (or are recent graduates with the test scheduled). A high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license (or recent graduate with test scheduled)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• Reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Prior home care or senior community experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, 1-on-1 care to senior clients in the comfort of their private homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, personal care, and companionship.
• Help seniors live their best lives while maintaining their independence.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00/hour starting wage
