Eminence Dickson Health and Rehab is actively hiring compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care team in Dickson, TN. We welcome both experienced CNAs and new grads who are passionate about patient care and making a daily difference for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required in Tennessee.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Support residents during meals and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of care.
