Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is a global leader providing non-destructive testing and inspection services across multiple industries. The NDT/NDE Technician will perform testing at client sites, interpret results, and ensure safety and quality in all operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or site access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods in accordance with TEAM procedures, client specifications, and codes.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using forms or digital systems.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and field personnel during operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and TEAM’s standards in all inspections.
