Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform Non-Destructive Testing at client sites. The role requires certifications in RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, and related methods, ensuring accurate data, safety, and quality across projects.

The candidate should be able to interpret results, supervise assistants, calibrate equipment, and collaborate with project managers. Availability for travel, strong safety mindset, and effective communication are essential for success in this field role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results with proper forms or digital systems.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and support personnel in field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety practices where applicable.
• Uphold TEAM's standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality.
