Job summary

Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson is seeking a Certified Motorcycle Technician to join our team of professionals in Conyers, GA. This role emphasizes diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of Harley-Davidson motorcycles with up-to-date factory certifications.

The ideal candidate will have Harley experience, possess a valid motorcycle endorsement, and be capable of performing PDIs, warranty work, and precise custom upgrades in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

Certified Motorcycle Technician with Harley-Davidson experience.
Strong background in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
Up-to-date Harley-Davidson factory certifications.
Valid motorcycle endorsement on driver's license.

Responsibilities

Perform factory-authorized maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products.
Troubleshoot and repair engines, electrical systems, suspensions, transmissions, and drivetrains in accordance with H-D factory standards.
Complete performance tuning, custom upgrades, and accessory installations with expert-level precision.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure motorcycles meet Harley-Davidson factory specifications and safety requirements.
Execute warranty, recall, and customer-pay repairs per Harley-Davidson guidelines, ensuring proper documentation and quality standards.
Accurately document all work performed using the dealership’s repair order system.
